Sleeping on the job may not be such a bad thing after all.  In fact, some health experts extol the virtues napping during the workday.  A short power nap (10 minutes is ideal) can boost energy and productivity.  Studies show that people do better on cognitive tests after taking a quick 10-minute snooze.  On a related note, research found that people who eat healthily and exercise regularly perform better at work and are less likely to take days off.
